There is a car parking area and the surrounding garden that has been attractively landscaped. 

The villa is not on the golf course fairway but the clubhouse is only about 7 minute walk (or 2 minutes by car). Occupiers of Villa Andorinha enjoy a 40% discount from the daily and weekly green fees.
