Villa Angela is situated on the top of the hill on the edge of Parque da Floresta Resort with extensive views over the open countryside as far as the Monchique Mountains in the North east and to the south and west over the golf course, the hills and the sea.

The detached villa is set in pleasantly landscaped gardens and has the following accommodation.

Entrance Hall with cloakroom containing handbasin and WC, Sitting Room with tiled floor, solid fuel stove satellite T.V. and a comfortable three-piece suite. It has double patio doors onto a covered terrace for outside dining which in turn leads onto a spacious sunbathing terrace. From this terrace there is also a winding external stairway to a rooftop sunbathing terrace, which enjoys views through 360º.

From the Sitting Room there is a step up to the Dining Area, which has a dining table and eight chairs. The Kitchen opens off this dining area and has a sink unit, gas cooker, refrigerator/freezer and a dishwasher. The Utility Room adjoining the Kitchen has golf club storage space as well as a clothes washing machine and separate dryer.

A winding marble staircase leads down from the entrance Hall to a landing area which gives access to Main Bedroom (1) with En Suite Bathroom and which has twin beds and patio doors to terrace. Bedroom (2) also has En Suite Bathroom and twin beds as well as patio doors to terrace. Bedroom (3) has twin beds and patio doors to terrace. Bedroom (4) also twin-bedded and with patio doors to terrace. There is a further full bathroom for the use of Bedroom 3 and 4.

Outside there is a good-sized (11 x 5 m) pool with plastic cover as well as a spacious sunbathing area and a barbecue. Car Parking.

The villa is not on the golf course fairway but the clubhouse is only about 7 minute walk (or 2 minutes by car). Occupiers of Villa Angela enjoy a 40% discount from the daily and weekly green fees.

Other resort facilities include Bowls and Tennis each with its own small clubhouse and changing rooms; Archery; Leisure Complex with Gymnasium, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish Bath and small indoor Pool as well as Massage and Beauty Parlour. Adjoining the Leisure Complex is a large outdoor Pool (heated at times) and a Children’s Pool and Playground.

The nearest beach is Salema (3kms), and there are restaurants, bars, and supermarkets at Budens (1kms) and at Salema. Nearest Banks are at Vila do Bispo (8kms), Praia da Luz or in Lagos (18kms).
